Our designers – they are the ones who create all the solutions available in Fllow from scratch. They use vast experience, creative imagination and human empathy in their work. They can easily get into the mood of the future users of our products and offer them functional, durable and stylish interior design materials that every home so badly needs.

Karolina Polchlopek

Certified visual artist, interior designer, set designer. Graduate of the Faculty of Interior Design and Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw. In design, she is characterized by unconventionality, meticulousness and quality. He takes a holistic approach to product development – from initial concept to prototype to marketing materials. Her love of DIY and pragmatism, combined with her high sensitivity and need to explore, make her works not only visually appealing but also functional. About himself he says: “a hypersensitive introvert with extrovert tendencies.”

Krzysztof Solowiej

Designer of industrial forms, sculptor. From 1982 to 1987 he studied at the Institute of Artistic Education of the Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin, and in 1990 he graduated from the State Higher School of Fine Arts in Poznan. His realizations are based on a perfect sense of materials – wood, stone, metal, resin. This extraordinary flair encompasses both the purely performance side (manual craftsmanship) and an excellent understanding of the properties and applications of the raw materials used. Krzysztof Solowiej’s works have been presented at many solo and group exhibitions. Among those worth mentioning are those organized at the Kont Gallery in Lublin, ON, EGO or Arsenal Galleries in Poznan, Kunst# Stucke in Vienna, Bunkier Art Gallery in Krakow, the Polish Sculpture Center in Oronsko and the Museum of the City of Warsaw.

Lucia Krol

Designer of functional forms and graphic designs. Graduated in furniture design at the University of Arts in Poznan. For her, the creative process is playing with materials, their form and color. Her sensitivity to color allows her to design products that bring freshness and good energy to the interior. He puts the user’s needs first in his work. The designed facilities are distinguished by their simplicity, yet attention to the smallest details.
